History:

IMMICC under the initial name (ISCSC) was established in the year 1985 as a commercial company owned 100% by National Iranian steel company and affiliated to the ministry of mines and metals, with the clear-cut function to sub.serve the steel section and the mines under their coverage.
In the year 2002,after merger of the two ministries namely “Mines and Metal Ministry “ and the “Industries Ministry “ and therefore formation of the “ Mines and Industries Ministry “ as an aftermath and also in view of the ratification concerning concentration of Mines and Industries Affairs and also formation of IMIDRO (Iranian Mines and Industries Development and Renovation Organization) on December 2000 by the Islamic Majlis Council, ISCSC as an affiliated company of the above-said organization continues its activities (currently under the name immicc).
Under the present structure the company’s guardianship and coverage rests with the IMPASCO (Iran Minerals Production and Supply Company) established as one of the mother specialized company of IMIDRO. (Iranian Mines and Industries Development and Renovation Organization.

PROFILES , MINING PILLARS , METAL SCRAPS ,EXPLOSIVES LIGHTS, MINING LAMPS AND BATTERIES , MINING EQUIPMENTS AND MACHINERIES , STEEL PRODUCTS AND , MINERALS , MET . COKE, COAL , ROLLERS , TYRES , LABORATORY INSTRUMENTS , MINING ALERT INSTRUMENTS , SAFETY DEVICES ETC.

MAJOR EXPORTED ITEMS:

PIG IRON ,ROUND BARS , THERMAL COAL ( ANTHRACITE) REFRACTORY BRICKS AND FERROSILICON .
* IT IS NOTE WORTHY THAT AS AN ASSIGNED TASK TO SUPPLY METAL SCRAPS ( A STRATEGIC , INEVITABLE INPUT FOR THE STEEL PRODUCING COMPLEXES ) TREMENDOUS QUANTITIES HAVE THUS FAR BEEN PROCURED FROM INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL RESOURCES .

Goals:

Scope expansion in the fields of purchase and sale of metal scraps.

Procurement, supply and provision of Steel and Mineral Producing Units Requirements.

Rendering of assigned and consultancy services aimed at fulfilling import - export, customs services, insurance, warehousing, goods transportation needs of the affiliated companies.

Large-scale purchase of Arches Profiles, intended for the production of mining supports suited to various mines conditions.

Import of Metallurgical Coke consumed by the Steel Production Industries.

Human resources quality up gradation.
